Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities
As an Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the business unit director in the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of the configuration of Campfire’s modules.
- This includes assisting with the following:
Implementation and training of Campfire product
Demo preparation
Gather and document customer requirements and help the technical team write technical specifications
Support Campfire customers through phone and e-mail
Work with the programming staff to come up with new ideas to enhance the product
Qualifications

Technical Skills
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
Knowledge of corporate accounting and financial reporting, and intra-company roll-up of financials and roll-up in companies
Knowledge of reporting software systems
Knowledge of ERP and BI software systems is preferred
Work Experience
At least 2 years of experience in Financial Forecasting/Analysis or Cost Analysis role
2 years related experience in a Financial Forecasting/Analysis or Cost Analysis role
2 years of experience with automotive or general manufacturing processes and best practices
Educational Experience

Currently, Campfire is working remotely to keep our employees safe and healthy! When we are able to return to the office it is expected that this person will be the in-office and able to meet with our customers a few days a week.
