Primary Duties: -

  • Coordinates training events, specifically scheduling meeting space or virtual platforms, organizing learning materials, attendee communications, and confirmation of speakers or subject matter experts

  • Assists with leadership training programs as needed; Prepares and maintains training materials for leadership training programs

  • Enters data into the Learning Management System for tracking of learning programs; Serves as system administration support for the Performance Management and Learning Management systems

  • Assists with compiling succession planning and talent development data; Processes standard reports from a variety of systems

  • Responsible for creation of, launch, and system management for 360 Leadership Assessments in external systems

  • Codes invoices as appropriate, i.e. external training, executive coaching, etc.

  • Maintains tracking of talent development activities including course details, cost and vendor information

  • Responds to incoming departmental email and phone calls and routes appropriately

  • Manages and deploys surveys to measure the effectiveness of our learning programs

  • Assists with the creation and publication of the L&OD newsletter

  • Other duties as required and assigned

Requirements: -

  • High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency

  • Minimum 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training

  • PC literate to include Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Proven ability to write clear, concise reports, professional business correspondence, and detailed process documents.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions.
