Willow Springs Center is a 116-bed residential treatment for kids located in the heart of the Sierras, Reno, Nevada. Our Nursing Supervisor provides administrative and clinical supervision to all nursing staff throughout the hospital on assigned shift. The Nursing Supervisor is a liaison to department directors and administration to insure coordinated and efficient operations of services and departments. The Nursing Supervisor promotes patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital.

Education: Associates Degree in Nursing in the state of Nevada, BSN preferred.

Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Nevada Board of Nursing.

Experience: 3 years clinical experience with behavioral health population and previous clinical supervisory role in psychiatric setting strongly preferred.

Shift: Full time, 4-10 hour shifts, Wednesday - Saturday (PM/NOC)
