We are looking for an organized, detail oriented, self-starter to manage and coordinate the day-to-day tasks of our HR department. Duties include

  • handling personnel transactions,
  • answering employees' questions about benefits and other concerns,

  • processing FMLA requests,
  • managing WC claims,
  • oversight for our 3rd party DOT drug testing program, and

  • record retention.

There is an opportunity to take on different roles as well such as recruiting, interviewing, training, unemployment, employee relations, and special projects that may not be available in other HR departments.

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university OR High school diploma or GED AND Two years of experience performing human resources related functions OR One year of experience required at the lower level HR Tech 2 (HRT011) or position equivalent.
