The Human Resource (HR) Admin will be responsible for supporting the HR Director and HR Business Partner. This role will also partner and work closely with other key leaders and HR stakeholders of many levels of the organization. This position is one with the highest level of responsibility, discretion and confidentiality. Under general direction from the HR Director/Site Lead this position will facilitate daily operations and activities of Human Resources within the following areas: training and development, performance management, employer/employee relations, hiring procedures, onboarding, reporting, organizational development, employee engagement, HR Compliance/Regulatory tasks and assist with projects. Successful employees in this role will be sufficient in problem solving, driving for results and managing systems and processes. Work cooperatively with all members of the team; initiate and maintain excellent working relations. Provide high-quality, responsive and courteous customer service by responding promptly to e-mails, phone calls and in-person inquiries.





Education


Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED


Additional requirements:


Type of degree: Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Development or related field preferred


Area of study or major: Human Resources preferred
