Job Description




We are looking for a stellar Associate Product Manager to accelerate the growth of content (fonts, images and projects) in our Cricut Design Space content library. You will have the opportunity to identify the content needs of our rapidly expanding member base, develop a strategic plan and product roadmap, then partner with internal and external stakeholders to make it all happen and delight our members.


As a Global Content Associate Product Manager, you will:



  • Manage fonts and ready-to-make projects in Design Space including the product assortment and value proposition.

  • Develop a content roadmap for fonts and projects by identifying gaps in the library, current trends, and other consumer needs.

  • Develop the premium licensed content partner strategy and evaluation criteria. Manage the forecast, budget and sales delivery.

  • Manage the related art purchasing budget, including partnering with Business Development on designer contracts.

  • Partner with hardware, software and consumables product managers to identify and create content to support new product launches.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand the market and key opportunities.

  • Collaborate with software and UX on tool development and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with marketing on new content awareness and other brand activations.

  • Analyze in market performance of fonts and projects to drive continuous improvement.

  • Build & manage win/win relationships with external designers.




Qualifications




  • MBA preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant product management experience

  • Brand or product management experience preferred, creative experience a plus

  • Entrepreneurial spirit – ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up environment and do whatever it takes to get the job done

  • Passion for the consumer – desire to really get to know the consumer, translating the consumer needs into product requirements and experiences

  • Excellent communication skills – demonstrated use of written, presentation and verbal skills to drive team enthusiasm for products and gain stakeholder buy-in

  • Working at all levels – proven ability to drive strategic thinking about the product direction as well as focus on the executional details

  • Team player – build strong relationships with the key design partners and cross-functional teams

  • Data-driven decisions – know how to get and analyze data to make business decisions, balancing thoughtful research with the need for timeliness

  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrate an ability to work through unknowns
