Delivers specific delegated Clerk Service tasks assigned by a supervisor. Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response. Position typically requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand and interpret policy provisions. Completes day-to-day tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.


Must live with in 60 miles of Orlando, FL Whitestown IN, or Memphis TN


9:30-6 pm ET (8:30-5 pm CT)



  • Follow up with multiple departments to resolve roadblocks during.


Works collaboratively with the Leadership, Nursing, Clerk, and New Hire Supervisor, Training, and Program teams. Work with training new hires, tracking and trending clerk duties, tracking license and expense reports, program reviewing new process prior to implementation. Resolving all roadblocks that occur.


Research & resolve issues related to nursing and clerk team.


Follow up on any question and/or concern for self and/or team to ensure daily clerk work completed.


Proficient with RxHome, ESD, LMS, Opsinsight, Express Scripts Service Now, Workspace, CMS, and Ariba.


Trouble shoot issues for team members when brought to your attention and create/follow up with tickets/email when needed to resolve the issue.


Assist with creating documents to organize some of the daily work such as license, orders, On-boarding and training documents.


Multi-task between several issues at one time.


Provide real time status updates to client & account teams – Work with (team lead) and supports the Oncology TRC Supervisors and Manager, Clinical Operations Training



  • Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required + 3-5 years relevant experience. -

  • At least 3 year of ESI experience.

  • General PC skills including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email.

  • Extensive knowledge of ESI products and services a must.

  • Experience training and coaching of less experienced staff- patience to explain details and processes repeatedly.

  • Excellent verbal presentation and communication skills.

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

  • Must live with in 60 miles of Orlando, FL Whitestown IN, or Memphis TN
