The Financial Service Coordinators key objective is to professionally and discretely maintain accurate records of the Associations managed by the company, in accordance to our contractual obligations. Which involves the management and oversight of the billing and collection of Homeowners Association (HOA) dues and heavily involves the owner interaction and financial transactions.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

Prepares financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.

Responsible for the integrity of the Associations ownership records.

Ensures Board established billing and collection policies, or company established policies and procedures are followed.

Establish plans, short term and long term, to fulfill companys contractual obligations to each HOA Board managed.

Research and respond to disputes / complaints adequately, professionally and appropriately.

Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning

Assist property owners with questions concerning maintenance fees and dues

Prepare and mail maintenance fee billings to property owners, and post payments made.

Assess and mail timely late fees, right-to-cure and other penalty statements to delinquent property owners.

Record new owners, ownership changes, address and inventory changes.

Perform end of year audits in conjunction with auditors office.

Assist resort managers as needed.

Performs all other related duties and projects as assigned by immediate manager and/or VP of Financial Services


Associate degree in accounting, and/or 5 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelors preferred.

1-3 years accounting and/or property management experience.


Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Knowledge of basic accounting practices
