1. Build and maintain KPI’s, dashboards, reports, and data related products in a supportable and extensible way using organizationally accepted tools and methods. 2. Support analytics platform development by participating in data engagements in order to understand current and future state data requirements, including any gaps, and documenting needs in a way that can translate into work requirements. 3. Participate as part of the Data Governance team, maintaining the data dictionary, and actively participating in data quality related tasks. 4. Identify patterns and trends in data sets. 5. Support process improvement efforts (as-is/to-be state) and business requirements gathering with data. 6. Alone, or in conjunction with other team members, analyze results of data reports for anomalies, accuracy and applicability to business unit request. 7. Train others in basic data gathering techniques using Looker, SQL queries, etc. 8. Develop/support/train others on processes for proper handling, processing and cleansing of data. 9. Comply with all Federal Regulations as they pertain to your job duties, including BSA. 10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1. Technical or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 2-4 years of equivalent experience and education. 2. Proficiency in SQL and 3-4 years of previous data, analytics, dashboard, report writing, or Business Intelligence programming and development work is required. 3. Experience performing ETL/ELT against RDBMS, NoSQL and cloud storage solutions is a plus. 4. Experience with data warehouse concepts and architectures, “big data” and streaming data architectures is a plus. 5. Proficient with current tools and techniques required to perform tasks like: building data pipelines, data visualization, dashboarding, and report writing. 6. Strong ability to interact with internal customers and product owners to analyze a problem and clearly articulate a solution and plan. 7. Evidence of problem solving ability and an ability to work effectively with the credit union colleagues. 8. A desire to constantly learn.
