GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES – Responsible for direct supervision of all day-to-day accounting and financial functions. Primary responsibilities include supervision of the monthly close process, cash management, supervising the collection of accounts receivable, supervising accounts payable and associated accruals, tracking prepaid assets, inventory management and valuation, lease accounting, property, plant and equipment accounting, warranty, OCIP/CCIP risk insurance, insurance, overseeing the payroll process, monthly financial reporting, timely preparation of taxes, internal and external audit coordination, and miscellaneous parent company reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:



  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Accounting Department.

  • Accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, monthly financial/departmental statements, and audits with internal and external auditors.

  • Oversight of all monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax reporting including federal and state withholdings, federal unemployment taxes, state unemployment taxes, and forms W-2, 1099, 940 and 941.

  • Establish and maintain systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, data, accounting policies and procedures, and enhance the Company's value.

  • Coordination and support for Microsoft Dynamics SL ERP system with consultants and internal departments.

  • Respond to CFO as assigned with accurate and timely work.

  • Participate in a wide variety of special projects.

  • Practice and adhere to the CCI Creed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
