What you'll own:

  • Auditing member-created websites and social media sites for violations of the policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, trademark violations, infringing domain names, improper product claims, improper income claims, and other violations

  • Investigating, responding to, tracking, and resolving emails containing information about policy violations

  • Working with members on a case-by-case basis to educate on regulatory guidance and regulations, as well as YL’s Policies and Procedures document

  • Innovating new and efficient ways to improve education and enforcement practices

  • Working closely with the conduct success manager to track and resolve all potential violations of policies that are found through auditing websites and member-created marketing materials

  • Assisting with the investigation and resolution of other possible policy violations as assigned, including duplicate accounts, crossline recruiting, bonus buying, repackaging, and possible fraudulent behavior

  • Conducting audits of member commissions and organizational structure, present casefiles for enforcement review

  • Communicating (verbal and in writing) with members to educate on polices and realign business practices

  • Fostering a spirit of teamwork and positivity that support collaboration and furthers a growth mindset

  • Being solution-oriented and stand up in your role as a leader

  • Being able to handle sensitive and confidential information and interactions

Experience you’ll need:

  • Understanding of general policies and procedures document, legal documents, financial reports, and reports generated by Blue Steel

  • Effectively presenting information verbally and in writing to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

  • Knowledge and experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

  • Ability to clearly explain regulations and policies to members and customers

  • Ability to think strategically and provide suggestions to management on operations
