Responsibilities:


  • Expected to fulfill multiple job responsibilities as assigned including front of house and back of house duties

  • Greet guests with a smile

  • Provide fast and efficient service with a sense of urgency

  • Provide “loved on” service: guest feels welcome, appreciated, and feels you truly care about their experience

  • Keep the service line constantly clean and presentable to showcase the quality of our food

  • Assigned service line duties

  • Perform basic back of house duties like food preparation and dishwashing

  • Follow proper delivery and online order standards including proper portioning and packaging

  • Assigned cashier and food handling responsibilities

  • Read the Freebirds monthly communication

  • Complete training modules in a timely manner


What to expect:


  • Work in a fast-paced, high volume environment

  • Provide exceptional guest service

  • Uphold Freebirds cleanliness and sanitation standards

  • Maintain Freebirds recipe standards through food prep and cooking execution

  • Work multiple positions during a shift

  • Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Certification upon hire

  • Must be at least 16 years old

  • Consistently work hard and be on time

  • Able to stand and be active for extended periods which may be at least 8 hours per shift

  • Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level

  • Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 20 lbs. frequently

  • Manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination

  • Within 90 days, you are expected to successfully complete defined certifications and test training validations
