Position: Client Support Specialist
Type: Full-time, Exempt, On-site
Location: Bloomington, MN

Position Summary:
Client Support Specialist supports the AcuStaf staffing and scheduling solution to meet our clients’ needs. This position works collaboratively across the company to address, track, and resolve client needs. This position will build and maintain client relationships. This position is responsible for answering phone calls and emails daily, assisting with office administration, and completing other projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer communications in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance on the use of the AcuStaf application to customers.
- Research support issues and provide solutions.
- Document, analyze support issues, and escalate to the next level when necessary.
- Gather, summarize, and present support issues in preparation for client visits.
- Update company spreadsheets, databases, etc.
- Organize and maintain updated client contact information in the support tool.
- Ability to collect and analyze facts to identify problems, provide solutions, and/or escalate to the next level when necessary.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation for users.
- Work with IT to resolve technical customer issues.
- Prioritize tasks and projects accordingly.
- Adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Maintain confidential information.
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or MIS.
- Experience in a high-volume customer contact environment.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation, collaboration, and critical thinking to solve problems.
- Ability to build strong relationships within and outside of the company.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of related work/internship experience preferred.
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Products preferred.
