Hours of work vary. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and all shifts as needed; 37.5 hours/week - 7 day operation. Position has "no benefits".


Work includes customer service, clerical and office support. Duties involve working at the swimming pool ticket booth, campground contact station and park office. Assists Clerk Typist in filing completed reports, customer service, answering telephone, issues permits and collects fees for boat launching and mooring permits, makes in-house reservations and collect fees for Bandshell and Classroom buildings. Issues camping permits and collects camping fees, makes correct change, counts and sorts money, maintains records on permits and attendance, etc. Provides information to park visitors on park facilities, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, history, and environmental services, points of interest, and nearby State Parks, in person, by telephone, or correspondence.

3. Ability to operate calculators.

4. Ability to read simple sentences or phrases written in the English language.

5. Ability to transfer information accurate.

6. Ability to perform basic arithmetic.

7. Sufficient physical dexterity.

8. Ability to operate a standard cash register.

9. Ability to make monetary change.
