The Care Coordination Support Specialist provides administrative support to the Care Coordination Department by monitoring and managing the flow of vendor requirements and feeds, the allocation of completed files into Care Coordination work queues, performing correspondence QA, initiating and tracking recertification processes and BE information procurement.


Required


Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong technical abilities required. Ability to build strong working relationships and work well in a team environment. Required to uphold the principles of compliance and fraud management as outlined by corporate and departmental policies. Supports and participates in the mandatory training on an annual or more frequent basis, as required. Excellent attention to detail and follow through. Ability to set priorities and multitask. Must be able to work independently, as well as be team oriented. Effective oral and written communication. Strong technical aptitude with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Highly organized. Excellent customer service skills. High School Diploma or Equivalent.


Preferred


1+ years' experience in insurance operations and / or medical experience in a support role.
