Day Shift

The Call Center Attendant shall be responsible for increasing patient access to care through prompt and accurate response to patient calls and requests


  • Prompt answering of phone calls

  • Accurately completes scheduling of patients and uses messaging system to communicate with teammates

  • Accurately and consistently documents communication with patients and when indicated forwards to teammates using the messaging system

  • Always portrays a helpful and courteous demeanor

  • Obtains needed information from patients and enters into medical record and messaging system

  • Understanding of specific needs of customers and patients is required

  • Must understand EPM/EMR

  • Answer multiple phone lines and use other office equipment

  • Participate in the training of new employees if needed

  • Preforms other administrative duties as needed including, but not limited to, patient registration and point of service collection, patient check out, working on faxes, assisting at other clinics, etc.


  • Minimum of high school education or GED is required

  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Must be patient/customer service oriented

  • Healthcare background is preferred

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English

  • Demonstrates the ability to be efficient and effective on the phone while being courteous and respectful
