Business Development Manager, Microsoft Surface Hub, Hololens 2


The Business Development Manager for Hub & Hololens 2/Mixed Reality role is a crucial role in our fast-expanding Surface solutions practice. You'll be the CEO of your portfolio, driving to exceed quota, and maintain profitability. Key responsibilities include maintaining/expanding relationships with Microsoft, your channel partners, and critical stakeholders inside SYNNEX. You'll be a part of the team of business development representatives covering Surface, Surface Hub, HoleLens 2. You'll be additive to the SYNNEX culture and be a champion for our always-on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work.


Get Inspired by the Work You'll Do



  • Meet and exceed top-line revenue, net gross margin, and healthy inventory aging practices.

  • Expand your relationship with Microsoft, strategically and tactically for sales, training, launches, and more

  • Build and maintain trust relationships with channel partners; drive the expansion of existing business among these partners

  • Fully understand the Surface, Hub, HoloLens device solutions; work closely with CSP/Cloud team to understand/promote bundle solutions

  • Fully understand promotions, pricing programs, etc., for effective sell-through

  • Build and expand essential relationships inside of SYNNEX with Field Sales, MSP, and ISR teams to drive additional sell-through

  • Own pipeline/forecast for your portfolio; provide insight into trends, opportunities

  • Work with the Product Management team to inform buy & inventory strategies

  • Work with the Marketing team and Microsoft marketing to ensure execution of programs for awareness, pipe, revenue

  • Proactively communicate success/challenge/opportunities to your manager and the VP of MSFT practice

  • Get creative. New ideas, directions, changes – all are welcome and wanted to keep us sharp and to grow

  • Sales! You've got a track record of kindly aggressive, trust-based selling to exceed individual goals

  • Device OEM experience required. Microsoft Surface experience preferred.

Colorado Base Salary Range:


$32,500 - $115,000


Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
