About the Role:

The Analyst, Strategy will have ownership of Natural team monthly reporting suite, including daily and weekly reporting deliverables from multiple data sources (syndicated and internal). Analyze independent natural retailer customer performance to inform and support sales team in accurately managing the business. Pull customer and market data (SPINS & Nielsen), track results, and perform analysis that provide insights required to deliver tools that drive financial command and control of the business. Support sales team leadership with Adhoc reporting tools and administrative tasks as needed.

You Will:

Gather data and perform analyses to support sales team in managing the growing business

    • Own the monthly data pull and report building for the Natural team reporting suite: distribution tracking, promotional bump charts, product ranking report, et al.

    • Collaborate with Sales Vice-President and CBM on creation of tools that drive business acumen for sales team. Leveraging Power BI and Microstrategy databases.

    • Deliver on ad hoc requests for additional sales needs regarding data pulls, presentation development, etc.

    • Support improved forecasting through maintenance of weekly customer forecast variance reporting.

Engage cross-functionally with Commercial Category teams to support development of channel specific strategies

    • Support ongoing management of Assortment Ranking Classification for Natural channel

    • Leverage monthly reporting suite or create adhoc reporting as requested by brand marketing and commercial category teams.

Support sales and cross-functional teams with business solutions

    • Train and assist customer teams in leveraging reporting tools to drive towards business management solutions.

    • Assist with Shopper Marketing, Customer Collaboration, Category Insights reporting and trade system inputs and reporting outputs on as needed basis.

You will be accountable for:

    • Utilizing syndicated, panel, or customer data to analyze the business, understand business trends, and provide a point of view on solutions

    • Tracking key account-level performance and provide CBM/Senior CBM with adjustment recommendations

    • Delivering daily sales reporting, weekly trade details report

About you

About You:

  • You will have a Bachelors Degree

  • You will have 0 to 2 years work experience

  • You will have knowledge of Power Query

  • You will have analytical skills and ability to analyze data to drive solutions.

  • You will be roficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint

  • You will have some CPG experience (preferred)

The base compensation range for this position is $60,000-$65,000.
