ROLE SUMMARY Provides administrative support to leaders and managers. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares and distributes correspondence, meeting notices, agendas, minutes, forms, contracts, statistical data, and other special projects specific to areas of responsibility. Coordinates and schedules calendars, prioritizes meetings, and schedules appointments. Processes complaints from patients, families, visitors, staff, and medical providers in a compassionate and professional manner. Greets visitors, patients and family members in a courteous manner. Prepares reports and organizes data as necessary. Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative support duties for department. # QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor#s degree preferred.## Experience: Previous administrative experience preferred. Microsoft Office experience required.
