Frontdoor is looking for an Account Manager to join the Frontdoor Sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining FTDR’s sales pipeline, developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will identify, analyze and help the team grow in a designated geographic location(s). Also, the AM does the following:



Manages internal resources and projects to support business partner relationships in the Real Estate channel



Works with Regional/Divisional team to highlight specific geographic issues and makes recommendations to resolutions



Partners with assigned Business Development Managers (BDM) to ensure adherence to agreements with external partners, including reporting, communication and service levels



Identifies opportunities to improve and implement operational efficiencies to optimize third party relationships and shares best practices with assigned geographic teams and beyond



Identifies business growth opportunities through sales channel and product line expansion and passes them off to the assigned BDM



Builds and maintains relationships with local key partners and ensures Frontdoor brands are top-of-mind



Executes training, education, and key marketing and partnership activities



Leverages data/analysis to gain deep understanding of local market, identify opportunities and continually develop and implement strategies/tactics to grow existing business



Partners and helps build business plans and quarterly reviews to present to Senior Leadership

Have firsthand experience in customer service or customer success roles, and experience working with remote sales teams



Can interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically create and deliver presentations



Understand the dynamics of a “B2B2C” selling/influence process



Are a self-starter, can be transparent and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment



Like both getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks and being able to take a step back to identify opportunities for improvement



Are open to new ideas and continually look for new approaches in sales



Understand our core business operations and effectively communicate our unique capabilities and the full value we provide to your designated accounts



Are a visible and vocal role model across the wider business for Frontdoor’s House Rules



Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in Sales; retail, or complex customer service roles



At least an associate degree in business, or related work experience is required



Analytical and quantitative skills; experience with excel and Microsoft products is required and can report out on strengths/opportunities in each designated account you are assigned to



Efficient in planning and reporting in and outside a CRM



Track record of influencing and driving change through diverse stakeholder groups remotely



Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment



Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously



Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries



Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills (via zoom or in person) and has the ability to influence over the phone or in person.



Belief in the value of participating in and contributing to a collaborative team environment



Ability to travel to designated geographies in which your accounts are assigned to



Maintains valid driver’s license
